It helps keep the structural fibers of the skin glued together making it firm and elastic. One of the best ingredients for achieving this is Cynergy TK. It has been proven in clinical trials to keep skin firm by 60%

o Provide your skin with antioxidants which is essential for beautiful skin. Antioxidants will help fight off free radicals which damage your skin due to the UV rays of the sun and smoking. Antioxidants such as Nano Lipobelle HEQ10 and Phytessence Wakame.

The products that are sold in those places will give you smooth, soft skin for a shorter period of time, however for long term treatment to give your skin the nutrients and vitality it needs you need to look for natural, active ingredients sold online where you can research the ingredients to make sure they are natural and active.

What is Natural skin care?

Put simply, ‘natural skin care’ is caring for your skin in a natural and chemical-free way. ‘Natural skin care’ advocates enabling the skin to take care of itself (without any assistance from synthetic materials/ chemicals). ‘Natural skin care’ is about inculcation of good habits in the way you lead your day to day life. A lot of natural skin care measures are actually the same as those for body care in general.

So let’s see what these natural skin care measures are.

Well the first and the foremost natural skin care measure is – ‘Drink a lot of water’.  Around 8 glasses of water is a must everyday. Water helps in flushing out the toxins from the body, in a natural way. It helps in the overall upkeep of the body and promotes good health for all organs (not just skin).

General cleanliness is another inexpensive way of natural skin care.  Daily shower, wearing clean clothes and sleeping on a clean mattress/pillow are all part of general cleanliness. After all, clean skin is the key to keeping the skin disorders at bay.

Regular exercise is the next thing on the cards. Exercise increases the flow of blood that helps in getting rid of body toxins and keeping you healthy.  Exercise also helps in beating stress which is the worst enemy of good health.

Healthy food and eating habits are also recommended for natural skin care.  Some type of food (e.g. oily food) is know to cause acne and should be avoided as much as possible. Your diet should be a healthy mix of various nutrient providing foods. Raw fruits and vegetables are known to provide freshness to your body and help in getting rid of body toxins.

A good sleep is also instrumental in maintaining good health and in beating stress. As a natural skin care measure, a good sleep delays slacking of skin.

Beating stress is another natural skin care therapy. Stress causes overall damage to body and health. Drinking a lot of water, getting a sound sleep and exercise has already been mentioned as stress busters. Indulging in a warm bubble bath, listening to music and playing your favourite sport are also good ways of beating stress. Yoga is yet another way of beating stress; it is fast gaining popularity amongst the masses.

Avoiding excessive exposure to sun (by wearing long sleeved clothes, hat and umbrella etc), is another natural skin care strategy. Sunscreen lotions are also recommended as necessary.

A lot of traditional and home made natural skin care products/ measures are also known to be very effective. Such measures are not only natural and easy-to-follow, but also relatively inexpensive.

Besides that, a lot of natural skin care products are available in the commercial market. These include things like lavender oil, aloe vera etc., which don’t have any side effects.

Tips for make up and skin care

‘Make up and skin care’ is generally regarded as women’s forte. Men seldom indulge in ‘Make up and skin care’. Many men do care for their skin but make up is really alien to most men. Treating make up and skin care as different topics wouldn’t make sense; after all, make up will work only if the skin is healthy. So how do you exercise make up and skin care, together? Here are some tips for make up and skin care:

* Always have skin care on mind, whether you are buying products for make up or actually applying them onto your skin after you have bought them. So what you are buying is a ‘make up and skin care’ product, not just a make up product. Check the ingredients to see if it contains things that you might be allergic to. Also check if it contains high concentration chemicals that can harm your skin.

* ‘Make up and skin care’ is also about testing the products before using them. So, apply the make up on a small patch of skin e.g. earlobes and check how your skin reacts to it.

* Keep track of expiry date on your make up products and never use them beyond the expiry date. In fact some products (e.g. vitamin C based products), if not stored properly, get spoilt much earlier than the expiry date.

* Cleanliness is an important part of make up and skin care procedure. Sharpen your eye-liners regularly and keep all your makeup equipment clean at all times. You might fix a date, each month, for overhauling of your equipment. As part of cleanliness, your make up and skin care procedure should also include keeping your hair clean at all times.

* Nail care is another important aspect of make up and skin care. Use a good quality nail polish and always keep your nails clean. Once you are done with cleaning and polishing your nails, you should rub in cuticle oil at the edges of the nail.

* If you have deep-set eyes, you should use a liquid eye liner instead of a pencil one. This will prevent smudging at the deep edges of your eye-lid.

* If you have a skin disorder e.g. acne, you should not apply heavy or chemical based make up. Consult your dermatologist if you are not sure about the make up products that you can use while you have acne or other skin disorder. Never try to squeeze pimples/ acne. Remember that make up and skin care should not conflict each other.

* Use a mild make up remover (instead of just washing it away).

* Another important ‘make up and skin care’ procedure is the following golden rule: “Never sleep with your make up on”

* While applying a deodorant, make sure that you maintain the recommended distance between the nozzle and your skin (as mentioned on the deodorant pack).

So, make up and skin care should always go hand in hand. Do not try to treat make up and skin care differently.

Facial skin care product

Talking about skin care, ‘facial skin care’ seems to top the chart. There are loads of facial skin care products available in the market. The most common facial skin care products are the ones that are used as part of daily routine. These include things like cleansers and moisturizers. Toners and exfoliation ones are well known too but not many people use them as such.

The general classification of facial skin care products is based on the following:

* Gender (so there are facial skin care products for men and there are facial skin care products for women)
* Skin type (facial skin products for oily skin, facial skin care products for dry skin, facial skin care products for normal skin and facial skin care products for sensitive skin)
* Age (facial skin care products for old and facial skin care products for young)
* Skin disorder (i.e. facial skin care products for treatment of various skin orders like eczema, acne etc)

So that is your starting point for choosing a facial skin care product that suits you. A good way to start is by determining your skin type first. Also note that the skin type changes with age, so the facial skin product that suits you today, might not suit you forever and hence you need to constantly evaluate the effectiveness of your facial skin care product.

The facial skin care products are available in various forms i.e. creams, lotions, gels, masks etc, and a lot of people try to pit one against the other in their discussion on which form is best. However, one can’t really rate one form as better than another form. What suits you (and whatever you are comfortable with) is the best form of facial skin care product for you, really.

However, it’s important to note that these products work differently for different people. So the best thing is to try the facial skin care product on a small patch of skin (e.g. ear lobes) before actually going ahead and using it.

Another important consideration is the state of your skin. If you are suffering from a skin disorder of any kind, it is best to seek the advice of a dermatologist before you actually make your selection and start using a facial skin care product.

Once you have selected the facial skin care product for yourself, you also need to ensure that you use the facial skin care product in the right way i.e. follow correct procedures for application, use the correct quantity and make the facial product a part of your skin care routine.

Your Ultimate Solution to Beautiful Skin

Everyone wants to have beautiful skin – clear, supple and soft to the touch. Some people spend an astounding amount of money for chemical peels, pricey botox injections and weekly facials just to achieve it, but beauty experts highly recommend a solution that is quite easy on the pocket: a consistent skin care routine. Skin care routines do not have to be complicated, and it can save you a lot of money in the long run. Here’s an introduction on what you need to know for starting the right skin care regimen just for you.

Typically, a skin care routine consists of the following steps: washing, exfoliating, moisturizing and sun protection. Most people opt to stick to their regimen twice a day, especially when they often stay outdoors, or are exposed to pollutants for long periods of time. Doing your routine in the morning and before sleeping at night is usually the case.

Cleansing unclogs your pores and washes away make-up and dirt accumulation, while moisturizing keeps your skin from becoming dry and prevents premature ageing. Various beauty experts advise daily exfoliation to remove the pileup of dead epidermal cells, but doing it daily may lead to irritation and other skin problems in some people. In a week, once or twice exfoliation is usually enough, but applying sunscreen throughout the day is a must. Protection from sun damage caused by ultraviolet light UVA and UVB is what most experts say as the most imperative step in any skin care routine. Since these damaging sun rays are the number one environmental cause of skin cancer and premature ageing, it never hurts to apply sunscreen or beauty products with UV blockers whenever you are exposed to the sun.

Now that you have learned the basics, your beauty regimen must always be optimized for the type of skin you have-whether it be oily, dry, combination or sensitive. Skin type may vary because of many factors: diet, age and season. Surprisingly, a low-fat diet tends to make your skin dry, while a diet rich in essential fatty acids may improve it. Menopause may also affect your skin type, sometimes turning oily skin into dry skin. During summer, the skin is likely to be oilier, while during the winter season, it is apt to become drier.

For these reasons, determining the type of skin you have and your needs is a must in creating a skin care routine. There are numerous skin care products and cosmetics suitable for a particular skin type, so choosing your products can be fairly easy. But as time goes by, adjusting your routine as your skin changes is a useful idea.

Performing a skin care routine religiously once or twice daily is quite simple; just bear in mind that whatever your skin type is, avoid products with harsh ingredients. Having a consistent routine can help you save precious bucks, make you look five years younger, and have that glowing skin you want. Achieving that beautiful skin has never been this easy!

The Secrets to Beautiful Skin

Are there secrets to beautiful skin? Some might think so. It all depends on which part of the world you are from, each region has its own idea about how to achieve and maintain beautiful skin. In some parts of the world it is believed that there are special foods you can eat that will nourish your skin making it beautiful. I am sure that is true; however let’s see if we can put together a list of what will give you beautiful skin.

The best looking skin is free from wrinkles, fine lines, do not sag and is evenly toned. It is neither dry nor oily but has balanced moisture giving it a creamy appearance without blemishes or blackheads.

The most common thing most people do to achieve beautiful skin is to use cosmetic products for younger looking skin, however if you truly want to know what the real secret is then you should be told that is nourishing your skin from deep within.

To achieve this you must provide your skin with substances it needs to provide support and keep its structural fibers intact. Skin also needs vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to keep it healthy and beautiful.

Exercise is also another important factor of obtaining beautiful skin. Omega 3 fatty acids has been shown to remarkably change the the appearance of your skin. Fruits and vegetables that are high in antioxidant properties are necessary. Including foods such as tuna, salmon mackerel, broccoli, carrots, asparagus and other vegetables will help to keep your skin healthy.

You also need substances such as amino acids that are necessary to build collagen, hyaluronic acid, keratin and elastin. These four substances must be present to have healthy skin. They help to reduce the appearance of your wrinkles and smooth out the fine lines. They also add firmness and elasticity to your skin making it younger looking.

A substance known as Phytessence Wakame has been scientifically proven to nourish the skin as it acts as a powerful antioxidant. It is known to be the best preserver of the skin and it is grown and eaten in Japan for its health-giving properties.

Avocado oil is one of the most natural moisturizers you could find in any cosmetic product it helps to nourish the skin and penetrates deep down through the many layers of the skin nourishing it and giving it the boost it needs to get rid of the wrinkles. It is natural and extracted from one of nature’s finest plants.

Collagen and elastin is what gives skin its firmness and elastin, however, sadly as you age your body produces such a small amount of these two proteins your skin begin to lose its beauty. Stimulating the production of collagen and elastin to the level it was when you were younger is one of the best ways to achieve beautiful skin.

Learning the secrets to beautiful skin is not too difficult, just look for natural creams and lotions that contain some or all of the above listed ingredients, eat right, exercise, stay out of the sun and you will finally have the skin of your dreams.

Discover Why This is No Longer a Pipe Dream

Did you know that our DNA cells receive about 10,000 hits from the free radicals every single day? As the free radicals do such a lot of damage and inhibit cell renewal, you can imagine the havoc they wreak in the whole body and particularly on our skin. With attacks from the free radical guerrillas going on, it seems that soft & beautiful skin may be a pipe dream.

But it is not all bad news! We have our own supply of built in antioxidants to fight these and they are called glutathione and dismutase, just to name two of them. We can of course eat antioxidant foods by beefing up our quantities of fruit, vegetables, whole wheat grains and nuts and reducing our intake of processed foods. These will certainly help to keep the supply of antioxidants at a reasonable level. This will have an effect on soft & beautiful skin and many people underestimate the role of diet in skincare.

One of the great breakthroughs in skincare some years ago was the discovery of the enzyme called C0Q10 which also acts as a powerful source of antioxidants. It is actually present in our own cells so the idea of increasing an intake of this vital enzyme seemed like a great idea to realize the dream of having soft & beautiful skin.

The only problem was being able to process it in such a way as to penetrate the skin and here, a nano emulsion form of this enzyme had to be developed at considerable cost. That was achieved by a company and they patented it as Nano Lipobelle HE Q10.

Results were remarkable in tests and because of its penetrating ability, collagen and elastin, essential in keeping skin firm, was increased. That means that it has a powerful effect on fine lines and wrinkles.

The overall result was that soft & beautiful skin was no longer a pipe dream. Although I cannot tell you the name of the company here, I can tell you that they have developed other ingredients, all working in synergy, which make their products unique. I have prepared a special website to tell you all their products. Why not click through and see for yourself?

Get Beautiful Skin

Ok, so maybe I’ve been blessed with good genes and you haven’t. I know I don’t look my age, but would I look older if I had a different lifestyle and eating habits? You betcha! There was a time, several years ago, when I didn’t have good skin. In fact, I looked like I was afflicted with some sort of disease thanks to the chronic scabby red rash all over my chin and under my nose. It really upset me. I tried to cover it up with make-up, but somehow I felt that this drew more attention to how bad my skin really was. My boyfriend, at the time, also kindly pointed out that the state of my skin aged me a lot. I was at my wits end to find out what it was and how to get rid of it. I wasted hundreds of pounds on seeing specialists, getting tests and buying all sorts of creams and treatments. One of the creams I was subscribed was in fact meant for skin cancer! I spent the best part of six months on antibiotics which did make the dermatitis go away – as long as I continued to take them. In the meantime my digestion deteriorated. I wasn’t a happy bunny.

So, how did I solve this puzzle? The flu. I got the flu and for about 10 days all I ate was chicken soup. I felt like crap, but miraculously my skin looked amazing! Would chicken soup be the cure? Not exactly. Real home-made chicken soup does have many health benefits, but it was cutting out all dairy products that made the difference.

Previous to my illness I had experimented with cutting out cows milk, and keeping yogurt, or just having goats milk products. This had helped but not significantly enough. When I was well again, I experimented with reintroducing dairy products but the results were always the same – when I ate milk products I got dermatitis. The reaction was actually pretty quick; within 2 hours of eating some sort of dairy I’d start feeling itchy and a little wet pimple would appear. As hard as it was giving up dairy (I used to love love love yogurt, ice cream and various French and Italian cheeses), a whole new, exciting clear-skinned world opened up to me.

So, what does this mean to you? Give up dairy! Only joking. That was my solution, and it may well be yours, but it might also not be. I won’t go into the pros and cons of dairy here as there’s too much to go into, so I’ll leave it for another post. However, what I will say is that dairy consumption is very strongly linked to allergies and other skin problems.

So, what else can you do?

1. The obvious – drink LOTS of water. Pee is one of the primary ways of clearing toxins from the body and if you don’t drink and therefore pee enough, your body will still try to get rid of it, albeit, less effectively, through other means… (including your skin)! The average person needs about 2 litres or 8 x 250ml glasses of water a day. If you are above average height or weight, or already dehydrated, you will need more and if you work out, you’ll need even more again.

2. Sweat. Sweat. Sweat. Sweat is another of the body’s primary ways to get rid of toxins. If you can sweat it out at the gym or outside and then have a refreshing shower, that’ll be a lot better than having those toxins accumulate on your face!

3. Experiment with cutting out all milk products. This includes butter, milk, yogurt, ice-cream, cheese, biscuits, cakes, pastries, pizza, dips, etc. If you’re eating out, just ask for dairy-free; most places will accommodate, if they’re any good. Always read the label on pre-made food. Do this for 7 days and observe any changes in your skin and overall sense of well-being. Add one dairy item back in, such as natural plain yogurt, and note down all changes over the next 5 days. This will help you work out how dairy affects you.

4. Take probiotics – or even better, eat cultured foods. How do you do? Not polite, silly, traditionally fermented! Often skin problems are caused by an imbalance of internal flora (good vs bad bacteria in the gut), so readdressing this balance will often help. Examples are sauerkraut, kombucha, apple cider vinegar, kefir and traditionally pickled cucumbers. There’s a caveat; they have to be unpasteurised. The pasteurisation process kills the good bacteria rendering the product a bit pointless.

5. Omega 3 is a key anti-inflammatory missing in most people’s diets. Eat fresh raw walnuts, cold milled flaxseed and take cold pressed cod liver oil. This will provide your body with a multitude of benefits, including helping your skin heal.

6. Eat more greens! You need to eat organic greens EVERY DAY! These help purify the blood and detoxify the body. The fibre will also help cleanse your intestines of unwanted toxic build up. This is a must for beautiful skin!

7. One last tip: MSM. All my friends will quote me on this: bad skin, hair or nails? Take MSM. This is short for methylsulfonylmethane and it’s an organic sulphur. It’s nicknamed “the beauty mineral” as it is so effective in improving your radiance. It helps your cells both to absorb more nutrients and to expel toxins. It also can help to reduce allergies.

Putting all of these ideas into action you’ll notice a huge difference in the health of your skin within weeks. To get perfect skin, be patient and be persistent; especially if your starting point is quite dire.

Make Flawless Skin A Reality

Have you ever imagined that anxiety is one of the main variables of aging skin? If you look at an individual who has definitely sustained a great deal of stress you are going to see it on their face. That’s why it’s important to care for your skin to ensure that it has a healthy glow, so here are some natural skin care tips that will keep you looking amazing.

One of the significant aspects of maturing skin is strain. You see, anyone who experiences mental or physical tension for on-going periods of time tends to age much faster than someone who has not experienced such elevated levels of anxiety. That is why it’s necessary to understand that this is an important variable that must be provided in natural skin care tips considering that tension has such an unfavorable influence on the epidermis.

Stress is able to result in several skin problems that can get more frustrating if not managed appropriately. Therefore, the best way to strengthen your epidermis is to identify techniques to decrease the amount of tension in your daily lifestyle and to discover natural skin care options to look after your skin.

Here are some tips for glowing skin that are healthy and effective:

1. Use warm water when washing your face. If you use water that is too hot or frigid it may lead to tensing of the skin in addition to the breaking of blood vessels. So, using lukewarm water will certainly provide the ideal temp to break any sort of dirt loose as well as clean your epidermis leaving it fresh and cleansed.

2. For glowing skin, be sure to get sufficient rest every evening. Really don’t attempt to get by on 5 hours, you need to have at the very least 6 hours (ideally 8) of excellent, uninterrupted sleep every night for maximum beauty. When you receive plenty of sleep, your skin is going to be clear and smooth, plus, you will not have bags under your eyes. That’s why excellent rest is absolutely one of the finest natural skin care remedies readily available.

3. Confirm natural skin care products are really natural. Companies will certainly identify a product as natural that actually includes lots of synthetic components. For instance, products containing isopropyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, methanol, ethyl alcohol, or ethanol. These are all names for alcohol, which is just not a good substance to utilize on your skin. It’s incredibly drying and can easily lead to age spots. Furthermore, it jeopardizes the stability of the skin by stripping away natural oils that can easily open the door to contamination as well as skin disease.

Checking the label is your leading strategy to guarantee your skincare products content. So here are some components that you need to look for in any type of skin care products that are natural and won’t give you any sort of adverse reaction. Some amazing active ingredients safe to put on your epidermis are:

Phytessence Wakame – An extract from Japanese sea kelp that attacks the detrimental enzyme (hyaluronidase) which divides hyaluronic acid in your epidermis, thus your amounts of hyaluronic acid are going to steadily raise to the quantities typically identified in a much younger individual.

Nano Lipobelle HEQ10 – This unique ‘nano-emulsion’ form of CoenzymeQ10 penetrates deeply within your dermis. It has been shown in scientific researches to generate quite a dramatic anti-wrinkle outcome due to its ability to increase collagen as well as elastin development in the skin.

Grapeseed Oil – A potent antioxidant and natural oil that produces an undetectable film on your epidermis to keep moisture content in. It is particularly useful for repairing the dermis around the eyes and has also shown to lessen stretch marks on the skin. Plentiful in linoleic acid, a number of additional essential oils, and natural vitamin E which are all needed for skin health.

These are a couple of the effective, safe, and natural active ingredients you would try to find when purchasing natural skin care products.

As you have certainly read in the natural skin care tips article, there are legitimate options to skin care troubles and actual solutions to your questions. Take exactly what you have discovered to heart and spare yourself the discomfort of spending time testing numerous products. Be wise regarding your natural skin care by staying educated and recognizing exactly what functions best for you.

Anti Aging Solutions

Let’s face it, the years catch us all sooner or later – one day we all see those fine lines around our eyes and the mouth. It doesn’t matter if that day has long gone or if it just happened yesterday, I bet you are asking yourself what to do now. Let me help you: read on to find out how natural skin care products can help you get good, youthful skin again – naturally.

If you research anti aging solutions online you’ll find all kinds of tips, remedies and special offers ranging from the simplest home remedies to plastic surgery or expensive injections. I believe home remedies can help, but if you are desperate to get your youthful looks back as soon as possible and see visible, lasting results, simple remedies like cucumber masks may not be sufficient for your needs.

Plastic surgery or injections… well, they might be good for some people but I personally don’t want to risk my health for such drastic measures when similar results can be achieved with the diligent use of the right kinds of natural skin care products. It’s true! There are products on the market which work wonders in making your skin look and feel smoother and more toned, smoothing away wrinkles and postponing the appearance of new fine lines, as well as in making the skin tone even (very important if you have age spots!)

That’s why natural skin care is my favorite of all the anti aging solutions I know if. It’s efficient, safe and affordable. But you have to know what you are looking for: if you want to get good skin naturally, you will need to use the best products there are.

For natural skin care products to work in making you look younger effectively and safely they must have three things:

1. Natural moisturizing oils

2. Effective anti aging ingredients

3. No harmful chemicals

The key to smooth, beautiful skin is the optimal moisture balance. That’s why it’s essential that any natural skin care product you choose to use must be able to moisturize and nourish your skin with natural oils such as maracuja oil, babassu wax or avodaco oil. These are oils suitable for all skin types and very powerful in restoring the optimal moisture level on your skin.

These moisturizing properties must then be accompanied by very effective anti aging ingredients – the best of what nature can give us. They will need to enable your skin to rejuvenate itself rather than just make changes in the upper layers of the skin, to give an impression of younger looking skin. These impressions are not lasting and the money and time you spent on these creams will be wasted. Instead, choose natural skin care products with ingredients that really work like Xtend TK, Phytessence Wakame and Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10.

Look out for chemicals though! Even some natural product series use chemicals like parabens which can worsen your skin condition by causing irritation and rashes -or worse. The best natural skin care products do not use any man-made chemicals which could harm your health.

But don’t believe me, try it yourself! Follow these guidelines in choosing the most effective natural skin care products, use them daily and you should be seeing results in no time: fading wrinkles, firmer skin and even skin tone.
